  Having not stayed here before, we had no expectations. The pictures don't do the place justice. Excellent location 2 minutes from the beach and an easy drive to the Margaret River wineries. Well appointed and comfortable. Very clean. We will stay here from now on when touring the area.

My husband and I were on a business trip to the South West of Western Australia and we found the Busselton Guest House was able to provide comfort, high quality bed/Sheridan bed linen, generous choice of cooked breakfast, free access to Internet, peace/quiet and coiuntry friendly service. Barbara & Roger Western Australia - the facilities were excellent & the host, Mike, was very nice & friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & have already booked our next stay.

  The hosts treated me like a friend more than a guest, the room was immaculate and had everything I could possibly need and the bed was soooo comfortable. All in all I will definitely go back - Ross and Madeline are the most hospitable hosts anyone could ask for. They made our trip to Perth very memorable! The location is really convenient too.
