Right after the booking online, I was contacted shortly by Pier 21 directly to confirm the booking.   The staff were friendly and efficicient . The resort was clean and well maintained . The room was well equiped and delightful . We enjoyed a swim each day and a game of table tennis . The location is excellent being on the outskirts of Busselton but still close to all attractions - The facilities and standard of hotel far exceeded our expectation... vad folk säger » s. The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

Amenities were good and - when I first booked on line I thought I had booked at another Adina that we had previous stayed at. After much stress getting to the hotel through peak hour Friday traffic we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only with the staff member that couldn't do enough for me. The close proximity to City, fantastic rooms. So now you are our Hotel of Choice and have been recommending to all our country friends

  Overall was really happy with the room - comfortable big bed, great shower and all the basic amenities I needed. Only a ten minute walk to the main shopping district but also a free bus directly out the door.   Everything worked well. The chair/sofa was comfortable and King size bed was good. The curtains actually kept the sun out in the morning! - The excellent restaurant and the friendliness of staff. Central location and great tourist information.

Very clean with a good size room with plenty of parking outside the chalet door. So much better than some of the other places we've stayed in WA in the last 3 weeks. The restaurant is also fantastic, great food and service - we can recommend the Thai chicken and the fillet steak - we wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely return in future.
