I only needed a room for one night and it was as I expected for the price. It was convenient and comfortable without any big fuss. Very small but well equipped room with microwave, tv, fridge, toilet, shower, aircon, ironing board, place to put clothes, toaster and kettle.
Did lack a dining table.
I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get.
Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect.
The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

We arrived after 8pm at night and were given a warm welcome by Andrew who was also very helpful. The twin beds were super comfortable and we loved the new bathroom. -
very well thought out mini-bar. menu for breakfasts was very good, good range offered, good value for money.barriers to reduce noise from the road very effective.

Most of our family stayed in cabins at the Warburton Caravan Park. This
was not our style but just across the road is the Warburton Motel hidden
away in the trees on the hillside. We had an upstairs room with great
views across the valley. The room also had a door to the back balcony

although the driveways both front and back are rather steep. The room
was very clean and neat with all the expected motel extras. The

The garden setting of the motel is stunning and sold it to us in the
photos when we booked. It is very reasonably priced. Not a fancy
motel, but very neat and clean with tea and coffee making facilities-
perhaps should show that on the website photos. Friendly helpful
staff. Asthma friendly- they agreed to clean the room without
chemicals prior to our visit.

We were t sure what to expect because the price was so good but we found Very friendly staff and fabulous price. Facilities are older but have been well kept. This motel was perfectly clean! We were afraid of street noise from Nepean Hwy but they have walls and plantings to block noise pollution and we slept better than we do at in Richmond! -

Maybe this could be handed to guests on arrival then handed back on departure if stealing is a problem. Otherwise it was excellent.

The Clean, Crisp Fresh look of the room, with the choice of extra pillows and blankets, The Beds were comfy and clean.... I liked how there is a Kettle, toaster and some supplies, and if u stay more than 1 night you do receive more tea bags & coffee, fresh towels if needed, the Staff are More than HAPPY To HELP, this was our 2nd Stay here and we will be returning again very soon :)

Friendly helpful staff, quiet, comfortable motel with extremely comfortable bed. Nice touch with free continental breakfast and is great value for money. Definitely booking there again when I have to go to Melbourne. -

My daughter was being married in East Malvern, & one chap helped me put on bowtie,
& when my taxi did not arrive, they very kindly drove me to the venue. I was on time (just), and of course the bride was late! Can recommend for budget-conscious traveller. -
