The hospitality and friendliness of management. They were available and met our every need. They responded to our requests promptly.
Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment.
Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there.

The menu was outstanding, we dinned in our room and also in the restaurant. The quality of our meals was second to none, congrats to the chef and staff fantastic. The room was excellent, clean and well appointed, all staff were polite and happy to help in any way. Thanks for a superb mini break.

To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY. I loved all of it, the room was a great size, the meals at the resturont wear delish and great value for money, the staff wear polite and very helpful. Having a long day out then coming back to the room and soak in the spa, then just wall out the door over to the restaurant for dinner was the best did not have to go anywhere it was just all there. have ever stayed in. The appartment catered for everything, large
powerful shower, galley kitchen, own washing machine and tumble drier,
reception room and large comfortable bed in a separate bedroom.

Check in was very smooth and the information provided was excellent. I contacted the manager to arrange a slightly later checkout as we were meeting friends for lunch. He checked and as there were no new bookings for that night we were able to leave our belongings and collect them after our lunch which was most generous and helpful -

Check in and check out very easy. Convenient to supermarkets for grocery shopping and it was good to have a kitchen which included a dishwasher.
