  It's excellent, the people are so nice and generous. Since we are a couple coming for our honeymoon, the manager provided an upgraded room with a big belcony where we can see beautiful mountain view.   Most of our family stayed in cabins at the Warburton Caravan Park. This was not our style but just across the road is the Warburton Motel hidden away in the trees on the hillside. We had an upstairs room with great views across the valley. The room also had a door to the back balcony with a view of the gardens. It has convenient onsite car parking... vad folk säger » although the driveways both front and back are rather steep. The room was very clean and neat with all the expected motel extras. The management was - The garden setting of the motel is stunning and sold it to us in the photos when we booked. It is very reasonably priced. Not a fancy motel, but very neat and clean with tea and coffee making facilities- perhaps should show that on the website photos. Friendly helpful staff. Asthma friendly- they agreed to clean the room without chemicals prior to our visit.

  The owners where always happy to help you and the breakfasts where excellent but most of all the room and bathroom were very clean and the overall room service was exceptional. We had a budget room this time and although it was smaller than the other times we enjoyed it. Will stay there again when we come to Melbourne in 2014.   This is a lovely old (19th century) hotel with high ceilings and attractive features not found in modern buildings. We loved our 'room' - which was in fact a suite, with a separate kitchen-diner. It's extremely well-located, being on the very edge of the Geelong CBD (and hence close to restaurants), and a short walk to the Bay and beach. Unfortunately we didn't stay long here, just an overnight trip, but it seemed like a nice place. Good location and, even though the bathroom was shared, it was very clean and very large.
