  Great value for money, really friendly staff. Great pool with excellent waterslide to keep the kids amused. Good shallow pool for toddlers. Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom. The staff was super friendly with us and the facilities were delightful. We really rested while staying here and we would definitely return to the resort if traveling to North Queensland.

  The security tag for entering the building was great as a solo female traveller. The layout of the room was really practical. The facilities were all good and the supply of kitchen items was just great for my business trip needs.   We were impressed at the quality of the accom for the price and the features like beach inlet bbqs - everything was 'neat as a pin' and better than some 4/5 star resorts for cleanliness. The location (approx 1.2km from main street) and ease of travel with bus and ferry services for our teenager and toddler (to beach at Hastings St) was also great.... vad folk säger » We felt spoilt by the simple niceties like quality soaps, a full size fridge, small store close by and easy bus ride to the supermarket. The differen - We were pleasantly surprised that the advertisements accurately described our unit. We had a ground floor unit which was easily accessed from the covered car space. It opened out onto lawns which led to the marina where birds and ducks frequently landed. It was very quiet and conveniently located. We hope to return one day, even in the middle of winter because the reverse cycle air-con meant there was adequate heating for cold winter nights, infrequent though they are in Noosa.

  Position and outlook are exceptional. The swimming pool and spa are the best we have enjoyed anywhere. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. All staff encountered were very good and when repair work had to be done it was done promptly with no intrusion.   The receptionist (Trudy) is the nicest women ever. She made our trip so enjoyable and she was so helpful and friendly. She advised on the best trips to do, where to eat, she printed our boarding passes...She couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived early and weren't sure if we would get to check in that early but this was no trouble at all. The pool was fab and it overlo - Trudy was very welcoming and helpful. The views from the two bedroomed apartment were stunning. It is positioned close to the amenities but the walk up the hill was fairly challenging but worth it. The pool and spa area were beautifully kept and were never crowded. Would certainly recommend to others and have no hesitation staying there again. Thank you Martinique for a fantastic experience.

  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... vad folk säger » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  I was there to relax after having surgery, we booked the place based on the price, my husband loved the pool just outside the room as I couldnt do much or walk far he made may trips down the steps and straight into the pool. the unit was lovely, set out well and very spacious - just what we needed.   We stayed in a 2 bedroom single level apartment in the Mermaid wing and it was so handy, and walked straight out to the pool area. Throughly recommend it. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours.
