  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  The 2 bedroom apartment was really comfortable with a well fitted kitchen, plenty of space and fantastic views. Tennis courts were great. The location of the apartment was fabulous. Great to have Austar available. Really appreciated having the sandcastle equipment available in the room too.   After reading reviews about this hotel that it is not very clean and the staff are rude, I was a little skeptic in booking it. However I was pleasantly surprised. When we got there, we found our allocated apartment was not serviced and I thought my fears had come true. I went down to reception and spoke to Jill who was absolutely wonderful, genuin... vad folk säger » ely apologised, allowed us to look at other apartments before shifting, accommodated us in tower 2 which is the best one and gave us some breakfast vo - 1) Location within CBD - close to food and shopping. 2) Coles at the ground floor. Very convenient. 3) Swimming pool, gym and spa. Very well up kept (especially the gym equipment). 4) Views from the room was beautiful. 5) Plenty of hot water. :) 6) My wife thought that she left her diamond ring in the apartment and the staff were very kind to have a look for us. 7) Availability of car parking. 8) Modern TV in the apartment. It has HDMI interface.

  The hotel was just beside the Duty Free Outlets and there was a woolworths supermarket that was open 24 hours. Very convenient for our family as we have just returned the car and there was nothing much we can do. The hotel staff was very courteous and check-in was allowed even before the official check in-time. I was expecting to pay for an addi... vad folk säger » tional bed as we have 2 adults and 2 children but there was 2 double beds in the room and they even opened up the sofa bed for us! So it was a pleasa - We ate at your restaurant and was amazed at the high quality of the food, the presentation and especially the professional and friendly service given by all the staff in there. We only had to wait 10 minutes for a table as we hadn't booked but were given bread to eat for the 'inconvenience'. We'll definately stay again when needing to be near the airport. Gold stars to you all.

  A perfect location opposite the beach and park, relatively quiet and very spacious apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and loved Burleigh Heads (after spending a horrible night in Surfers!).   Nice bath. Nice bed. Kitchen good but We didnt use it. Had problems with the TV and Phone. Phone need s relabelling as "front desk" button didnt work and front desk said "oh but you dial 9" well no where did it say "Dial 9" also the directions for accessing ordinary TV stations is incorrect. The booklet needs to be rewritten as the info on the TV ... vad folk säger » does not line up with what actually happens. This all took an hour to sort out. The staff were very good and I viewed another room in exchange, howeve - The accommodation was in close proximity to all places we were intending on visiting. The one bedroom unit was clean and tidy and had all the necessities required of a self contained unit. I would stay at this location again.

  We stayed in a sea view apartment on the 15th floor, it certainly had the wow factor as soon as you opened the door with breathtaking views across Burleigh Beach and the ocean beyond. The apartment had everything you needed for a short or extended break and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again ... vad folk säger » on our next trip to Australia. - We loved the location, the view from our room was second to none. burleigh heads was perfect for us as it had a real community vibe and is close to all the action of surfers paradise. The rooms were well appointed and the staff courteous and friendly. We are already planning a return trip early in the new year and 2nd avenue will see our return patronage

  Nothing to fault here, a spotless and spacious self-contained apartment in a great location within easy walk of both the City and Fortitude Valley. The kitchenette was well-equipped with stove-top, dishwasher and microwave, plus plenty of pots, pans, glassware, plates etc.There is a nearby supermarket and coffee shop/deli, bottle shop and bakery a... vad folk säger » nd we had also had no problem with a pizza delivery finding us. There is a small starter pack of tea, coffee, milk, dish washing liquid, soap and toil - We love it. Very spacious balcony.. Every equipment in the apartment is functioning well. The rooms are great..the bathroom are clean and spacious..the kitchen is almost complete (would be lovely if has a bigger frying pan). A bit far from Queen St Mall area (around 15 mins walk), but nearby Woolsworth. Going down to the Queen St area is okay (going downhill), but coming back to the apartment is quite a journey as we have to walk uphill.

  I stayed here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are very clean and well presented with everything you need. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made our weekend away very special. This hotel has all the facilities you could want plus more. The higher rooms have amazing views of the ocean ... vad folk säger » and the restaurants food is of high quality. Definitely going to come back :) - Amazing stay! During our 6 week trip to Australia we stayed here on 3 separate occasions and each time we couldnt fault the service. The staff were superb, Layla, Kim and Marcus. Each time we returned there was a bottle of wine and chocs waiting in the room to welcome us back and the rooms/apartments were of a very high standard. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit the Gold Coast.

  The room had everything we needed for our stay and more. It was clean and well maintained and very comfortable. We had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend and would stay there again. - Good staff. Easy check in and out. Hassle free.
