  We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though it was close to the breakfast room. We were allowed a later check out and actually allowed to stay on pr - Great location, easy to find. Foyer looked inviting, bowl of apples a +. Comfortable/convenience/unexpected extras (eg laundry, 3 TV's, large fridge). Cleanliness throughout the apartment. Loved the complimentary breakfast with very friendly & helpful staff. Friendly/family atmosphere. Comfortable beds, quiet night. Security in lift ... can only be used by guests (would not operate without pass). Secure & free Parking.   We stayed in the king spa room. Although it said it was a 2 person spa, i doubt that my husband and i could both fit in it, but enjoyed seperate spa's. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the best hotel beds we have slept in. Breakfast was includeded and it was a great selection. The food in the restaurant I rate 10 out of 10. Its a family run type atmosphere. I would have no problem recommending this place!

  we were there for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was nothing to want in the way of cookware, kitchenware etc. and our travelling picnic basket was never used as it was all in house. - We went there for relaxation and thats what we got..   Family room was great with the 2 bedrooms - enough space for 3 teenage daughters. Staff were easy to deal with (and spoke clear english) and made changes easy - Meal from Capricornia Resturant was excellent. Glad room offered basic items like microwave, sink & plates.

  Very spacious apartment just as what they advertise in the website and other booking pages. Just a few minutes away to Surfers Paradise.   Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced.   We stayed on 21st floor of north tower in a north facing room and loved it. Amazing view, so much room and while we only got to stay 1 night, after a 4 week trip to Japan for winter, we both felt really comfortable immediately. Theres a street of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk which were quiet and relaxing away from the main hustle and... vad folk säger » bustle, otherwise u can choose town or the marina with not much effort. A good option if you want a great room with a great uninterrupted view of th - We had a superior ocean view room on 22nd floor. Excellent view but a bit windy so the balcony didn't get a lot of use. Apartment was excellent. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and sorted any minor problems we had.

  Excellent facilities and furnishings. Superb location and view. Quiet, but a short walk onto the main strip meant we could leave the car behind. Rain kept us off the water, but the apartment, view and pool were so nice we still had a lovely short break at Blue Horizon. - Very large apartment that included washing machine and dryer.   Quiet, boutique apartments, with some special qualities, enjoyed choice of wines and nice touch with the coffee, loved the privacy, will definitely return - Excellent place. They even gave us a bottle of champagne when mentioned that it was our anniversary !

  I found all of the staff very friendly , welcoming and efficient. Special praise goes to Rob McKenzie and his reception staff - I thought they were all brilliantly helpful when answering all of my questions. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others. - Great location and great facilities. Free shuttle into town was very good.

  I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain.
