  Convenient location. Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good parking (very important), quiet room. Good "pull-in" driveway for being picked up by family or taxi. Helpful and friendly reception. Hoping to stay there again when we come down soon to a show @ QPAC. - The room met most of my requirements. The staff were really good to me even though they were extremely busy.

  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... vad folk säger » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  I was there to relax after having surgery, we booked the place based on the price, my husband loved the pool just outside the room as I couldnt do much or walk far he made may trips down the steps and straight into the pool. the unit was lovely, set out well and very spacious - just what we needed. Decor beautiful in rooms & reception. Well maintained gardens & pool. Location was perfect for dining & shopping. From the moment we entered till we left we were made welcome & looked after. Highly recommend.

  Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

  The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there.   We stayed in the king spa room. Although it said it was a 2 person spa, i doubt that my husband and i could both fit in it, but enjoyed seperate spa's. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the best hotel beds we have slept in. Breakfast was includeded and it was a great selection. The food in the restaurant I rate 10 out of 10. Its a family run type atmosphere. I would have no problem recommending this place!

  The Vibe Hotel is in a perfect location close to the heart of Surfers Paradise. The rooms were spacious and well appointed with gorgeous views over the Nerang River or Surfers skyline. The staff were exceptional helpful and friendly on check in and the room service offered great value for money and delicious meals. The rooms are clean with modern facilities offering great value for money. My one piece of advice would be to pay extra for a high floor overlooking the Nerang river, they tend to be quieter and offer great views.

  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good.
