  The receptionist (Trudy) is the nicest women ever. She made our trip so enjoyable and she was so helpful and friendly. She advised on the best trips to do, where to eat, she printed our boarding passes...She couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived early and weren't sure if we would get to check in that early but this was no trouble at all. All... vad folk säger » the 1 bed apt were gone so she put us in the penthouse apt....It was fab and such a treat as we were on our honeymoon. The pool was fab and it overlo - Trudy was very welcoming and helpful. The views from the two bedroomed apartment were stunning. It is positioned close to the amenities but the walk up the hill was fairly challenging but worth it. The pool and spa area were beautifully kept and were never crowded. Would certainly recommend to others and have no hesitation staying there again. Thank you Martinique for a fantastic experience.

  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... vad folk säger » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  We had a fabulous stay and cannot fault the accommodation and facilities. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of our room - modern, comfy and clean and the location - pretty much walking distance to everything.   We stayed for seven nights with our family (2 Adults 2 children (Age 7 &5)) and had a 2 bedroom apartment. The space and layout was great and practical. The view was also lovely. The staff were also helpful and when needed they truly provided exceptional customer service. Our children loved the pool and spent most days there. Great place to relax but with a lot of holiday entertainment close by. Staff were great at contacting us to advise what we needed to do for a late check-in and provided easy to follow instructions.   My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the layout of the rooms was nice.   My partner and I had a studio unit on the second floor. It was compact, clean and self contained. All appliances were in good order and worked. The bed was very comfortable with excellent bedding/pillows. The resort facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the pool, spa, gym and roof top bbq. We booked and were given two adjacent apartments on the 7th floor Very well appointed and fantastic view, excellent location. Extremely comfortable bed too. Pleased that we were able to park two cars and also leave our cars at the resort on the morning of departure. We will be back.
