  We stayed for seven nights with our family (2 Adults 2 children (Age 7 &5)) and had a 2 bedroom apartment. The space and layout was great and practical. The view was also lovely. The staff were also helpful and when needed they truly provided exceptional customer service. Our children loved the pool and spent most days there. Great place to relax but with a lot of holiday entertainment close by. Staff were great at contacting us to advise what we needed to do for a late check-in and provided easy to follow instructions. Had a great stay.

  We really liked the proximity to everything and especially the beach. The facilities were great and the family enjoyed it.   My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the layout of the rooms was nice. We loved sitting out on the balconies' at night relaxing and listening to the local wildlife. Donna and Rick were a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful. Had in room dinning an the food was great, as was the service. Had a in room spa which was relaxing. Was on the second floor did not find road noise to bad. Large balcony was nice, little touches of luxury such as spa bath, large shower, bath robes, mini bar etc. Staff booked our boat trip to the reef for us and they have lots of area knowledge and recommendations, very helpful and friendly!

  My partner and I had a studio unit on the second floor. It was compact, clean and self contained. All appliances were in good order and worked. The bed was very comfortable with excellent bedding/pillows. The resort facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the pool, spa, gym and roof top bbq. We booked and were given two adjacent apartments on the 7th floor Very well appointed and fantastic view, excellent location. Extremely comfortable bed too.   The staff here obviously know what they are doing. From check in to check out, you could see their experience/training. Even with the problem that arose, they gave three choices for a solution.
