  Overall it was a great experience would stay again and would recommend it . The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is like a estate on its own and very private we really enjoyed our stay. - We thought we had booked an apartment but this was a superb bungalow type property, very spacious and well appointed. Lovely quiet secure accommodation.

  The apartment was fantastic, plenty of room. The pool and water slides were a big thoroughly enjoyed by our family and we had a wonderful weekend. - Staff were lovely both at checkin/out and over the phone. Great value for money, great 1 bdrm apartment - large, clean and comfortable.

  The location was great. Quiet, not busy ,laundromat next door. Change for machines available at 4 square store a few stores away. Plenty of small eateries/cafes on street below. nice walk along beach pathway.   This was my second trip to Mantra Crown Towers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (3204) with a 2 and 4 year old. Once again a great holiday (5days). Kids loved the facilities. Our room was great and while it would be easy to criticise small items (dvd player didn't work, curtains dirty etc.), they were not material to our comfort or quality of o... vad folk säger » ur stay. Importantly our experience with the staff was fantastic - they were courteous and helpful when needed. Thai restaurant was also great. Well d - The staff were outstanding, so happy and helpful. We lived the 1 bedroom apartment as it was spacious and very comfortable. The Changmai Thai restaurant is amazing and we will come again. Overall an excellent destination and we only live 5 minutes away

  Location was an epic win! Could not have been any closer to our needs, beach, shopping, tourist pickups. Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room had great ocean views from Level 15. Mind you this was not we booked, however put in a request to have an oceanview and they delivered.   Keys easily available on arrival even though reception was closed. Security car parking. Walking distance to beach and range of shops/restaurants. Indoor and outdoor pool and spa, which the kids loved. Well appointed 2 bed, 2 bath apartment - loved the balconies off every room. Wish we could have stayed another week! - The accomadation was terrific. There was 10 of us in 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments. The heated pool was terrific. We used 2 x day. Outside pool great. Gym great . Location great . Easier for all of us to hire 12 seated van . East access to the worlds . 1 week not enough time . 2 at least to enjoy Gold Coast . See you again we will be back and to stay at contessa apartments. Loved it.
