  we had a complimentary upgrade to a suite and it was just magnificent - the room, the cleanliness, the views, everything!! The staff were so friendly and helpful and our whole experience was just wonderful - we actually enjoyed our room more than the Pink concert we came down to see!! The room was clean, stylish and comfortable. Dining was excellent but note dessert is all four desserts.

  Finding Thistle Hill was like finding gold! We had beautifully appointed accommodation Nd the grounds are stunning! The gourmet breakfast is to die for. Baked goods made on the premises! Peter was so,obliging and when we could not get a pizza delivered due to bad weather conditions, he prepared a beautiful cheese platter for us! We highly recommen... vad folk säger » d this beautiful place and will definitely make it our base every time we go to Polkolbin. - We stayed in Thistle Hill for 2 night celebrating my partners birthday. I have visited Hunter Valley previously and have to say this Guesthouse is one of the top stays I have experienced. Beautiful decor with attention to details, Thistle Hill grounds are stunning, breakfast very tasty with great choice of food, and Carol's baked pears just delicious!! We will definitely come back later this year.

  Fantastic place to stay with such a gorgeous room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we wanted to stay forever. The vases of flowers were exquisite in our room and in the communal dining room. We were greeted upon arrival with homemade cookies by the owner. The villas were immaculate as were the beautiful gardens. - Just an amazing relax... vad folk säger » ing vibe. The villas are designed very nicely with lots of good energy and clean space. There is a kitchen with everything you need that is awesome for when you just want to stay in and cook. Had an amazing time.
