  We had a spa room because we had our 6mth old baby so the kitchenette with microwave & bath was a necessity. Our room had lots of space for our little one to zoom around in his walker & was at the far end so nice & quiet. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Banana pancakes as part of the included Continental breakfast. Proximity to central Albury, great location for mid stop between Melbourne & Sydney.

  Laget var bra. Nara till allt - Good location, good price, nice and quiet. - despite the exterior of the hotel (that was not really gorgeous, to be honest), rooms and communal areas are very nice (and new!!)

  The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for the location. It was a quiet location, close to the town centre. The elevation meant that there was a cool breeze. - The views from the room were fantastic. Value for money was enhanced by the cleanliness & courtesy of the staff.   We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town :) they showed us where to get pizza...great atmosphere... And o... vad folk säger » ur own bathroom :d woot woot!!!! Umm and yea it's just very friendly! - Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway and monorail.

  Staff are great..! good family friendly environment, Relaxed and very enjoyable stay Had great BBQ facilities and the simple things like "Mugs"plates n knives n forks is a real pleasure. - We had a family of 6 staying in the one room. There were two main sleeping areas plus a fold out couch. The sleeping areas were very private.

  This place was fantastic. We will stay there again. It is always difficult travelling interstate with a dog! Even though the dog is cleaner than many humans and totally well-behaved, the motels that accept animals are usually dumps! Not the case with Jesmond! So pleasantly surprised to fine a comfortable and well furnished, clean room and a ver... vad folk säger » y attractive property, well located just across the road from restaurants and other facilities! - Everything, the friendly staff, the quality of the goods in the room, the privacy, also the price is quite fair too. The most important thing is that the place is a Pet-friendly accommodation and this is a big bonus for travellers who do not know what to do with their dogs while they are away. I loved the place and I am going back there soon.

  The owner very kindly went out of his way to return two china cups that I had left behind. This was very considerate and much appreciated.   Lady at Receiption was so warming and helpful. Rooms were fitted with beautiful split systems and very warm on a very cold night. Beds were so comfortable. Had a very good nights sleep. The rooms are very quiet. Room quality was a very high standard with an excellent price. The motel is situated walking distance from the town area.   I was amazed at how easy it was to find, just literally off the freeway, yet there didnt seem to be noise from overnight traffic. The facilities were very clean and comfortable with some extra touches that made you feel welcomed. Staff were superb- nothing was too much trouble- would definitely stay again and recommend to friends - It was pretty ... vad folk säger » good for what we needed: an overnight stay in a trip from Melbourne to Sydney (it is roughly half-way). We didn't want to stay in Albury or Wagga Wagga, so Holbrook was the next choice, and we were quite happy with it. The service was excellent.

  I got lost and was really tired with traveling. Phoned the motel for a few directions. The owner located where I was in the town of Moree, jumped in the car found me and escorted me back. Meanwhile his wife opened up the unit and turned on the air conditioning, I was so appreciative especially as I was traveling with my elderly mother. Thank you -... vad folk säger » The people were wonderful and the location was very good as unlike the other motels it was not on the main road with the big trucks going past all of the night disturbing sleep but was still in the centre of town.
