  Absolutely everything! We were particularly impressed with the staff, who stuck just the right level of assistance -professional, friendly and helpful.The decor is beautiful. The lounge area relaxing and lovely in every way. Our room was absolutely delightful, very generous size, loved the decor, the beds and pillows very comfortable, not a sound ... vad folk säger » disturbing our sleep, our paper was left at our door in a purpose made bag; music came on within minutes of us getting into the indoor swimming pool. - We were there as the threat of a major bushfire approach. The staff were really helpful and on hand to help us, even though their houses were at risk. This is a great location for all of the sights. We requested something for the room and it was immediate. There is a good choice of food available

  we liked the off the street parking and very central to the shops and clubs. also we both have bad backs and we were put on the ground floor for this reason, so we didn't have to lug cases up the stairs. thankyou - The welcome we got at reception got our stay off to a very pleasant relaxing start!   Staff were just fantastic, especially Donna and Heather. They were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We also loved the surprise that we were provided with bread, juice and milk for breakfast. Maybe that's the standard for the inns in the area, but we still found this very thoughtful. That was before we had relaxed outside in our private courtyard with fresh plunger coffee. Then heading off to the double spa with a bottle of wine .It was the perfect place to relax and indulge.

  It's been a few years since I stayed at La Maison, and the standard seemed still very good, it is clean, secure and quiet. Continental breakfast is included, and in a very nice dining room. I didn't have a car on this occasion, but it is worth mentioning that there is undercover off street parking. Our room (#15) had plenty of space for the three of us (couple and child) and was clean and well-maintained. We had a car, so u/ground parking was handy with easy access to our room.
