Nestled on a traditional Australian Woolshed, The Longhouse provides luxurious self-contained apartments with lounge areas, spacious patios and well-equipped kitchens. It is surrounded by a 25-acre Chardonnay vineyard and offers views of the vineyards, Barrington Tops and the Broken Back mountain ranges. Elegantly designed with oversized windows that allow the fresh mountain air in, the apartments also feature a fireplace. They have a modern en suite bathroom, a private dining area and entertainment facilities such as a flat-screen cable TV, a DVD player and an iPod dock. The apartments are all equipped with a washing machine, ironing facilities and a library. The kitchens have a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher. Guests can visit wineries or enjoy a hot air balloon trip. Other activities include horse riding and golf. Hunter Valley Information Centre is only 5 km away, while the Hunter Valley Gardens is a 5-minute drive away. It takes 2 hours by car to Sydney City and Sydney International Airport.
