The villas offer comfortable furnishings, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV. Each villa has it's own BBQ on their deck. Beltana Villas Pokolbin are 15 minutes’ drive from central Pokolbin and the Hunter Valley Gardens. Cessnock Airport is a 20-minute drive away. There are 3 popular golf courses within 15 minutes' drive. Transfers can be arranged to and from nearby concert venues.

A great place to chill out & relax. the view was wonderful. Very quiet, comfortable & spacious. An easy drive to the vineyards. Definitely stay again! Cathy & Steve Rooty Hill September 2013. Our first weekend in the hunter and we loved every moment, loved where we stayed and would definitely stay there agian, thank you for providing such good accommodation for us.
alla recensioner » Watching the storm rolling in over the hills at dusk. The kangaroos grazing near the dam and the peaceful and beautiful grounds. Absolutely loved it. The villa was really clean and tidy and the balcony was great to sit out on in the evening with cheese and a bottle of wine. Peacefull and picturesque setting. Clean & comfortable villa within easy drive of the wineries and attractions. Large comfortable luxurious villas with excellent facilities in a picturesque setting over the pond and vineyards. The villa was spacious and it was a very relaxed atmosphere and close to our wedding destination at Ironbark Hill. We were really impressed with the standard of the unit - very clean and comfortable and the view was wonderful. The View - No check in or check out. Was really relaxing to have your own villa. Views, proximity to wineries, setup of villa, gardens. loved the view,loved the location and loved the villas. Peaceful location, fantastic views. nice and quiet and peaceful. Near new very comfortable. Great view!. The serenity and spaciousness of the villa. It was nice and clean and well maintained. the style of the villa 2 ensuites colour choice door lock no check in for keys or out. Loved everything. The unsealed roads on the way. Nothing all good. Very clean and comfortable. availability to food etc. would be great if you provided breakfast. No problems. nothing. too far from main area of hunter valley, no close by taxi or shuttle service, no pool. No cleaning service even though I was three four days. No towel replacement. And in photo about the site it showed a variety of teas provided there was only two bags that were not restocked . After work I normally unwind with my girlfriend over a cup of tea and as I finished late there were no shops available to get any. Had the picture been more accurate I would have bought my own with me. no dvd player or paid tv tv selection very poor needed to drive everywhere would need a pool in hotter weather no shelter at gate while waiting for the wine tour buses not all road in sealed.
