  The breakfast was included in the cost and was absolutely superb. The breakfast staff were awesome. The rooms were clean and large with Foxtel. Great room service on Sunday morning after midnight one of the best steak sandwiches I have ever eaten. The conceirge staff were extremely helpful especially when getting taxis' on the Saturday night. On ... vad folk säger » request we were given a balcony so you could smoke outside your room. 10 out of 10 - Allways a good stay in the Hyatt Perth, a well run hotel with great staff. The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

  Hi Guys, I booked this Motel for my son and his partner as we often stay here and love the location and friendly staff, Our Kids just needed to get away as they have a baby due soon and what better place to stay than the Comfort Inn Bel Eyre Perth.   Rooms were amazing, we stayed in the Heritage Suite, beautiful bathroom and free standing bathtub, had beautiful classical furniture but also the latest Tech - I.E. Apple tv, Foxtel hd etc Exceptional Bespoke Service - it was my girlfriends Bday and the hotel helped organise flowers, rose petals for the bathroom and candles.   Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.

  Price and location......even though we had a room overlooking the main road......it was noisy the first night but when we realised there were 2 doors it was fine after that - The location was really close to the beach, the staff were professional and friendly. The property looked very well kept, we enjoyed out stay.

  Have stayed there numerous times & I keep going back. The view is wonderful. - Very nice rooms, good location for us (we were visiting family in the area).
