  We arrived on a busy Friday prior to check in time. The staff directed us to a suitable location where we could have a nice lunch and then phoned us when the room was ready(prior to check in time). The staff, in particular Kimi, were always very pleasant and willing to help and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.The hotel is not in one of the ... vad folk säger » better areas of Perth however both the Murray Street & Hay street malls are a couple of minutes away which is convenient. Amenities were good and - when I first booked on line I thought I had booked at another Adina that we had previous stayed at. After much stress getting to the hotel through peak hour Friday traffic we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only with the staff member that couldn't do enough for me. The close proximity to City, fantastic rooms. So now you are our Hotel of Choice and have been recommending to all our country friends

  The location was fantastic for a couple of geriatric wannabe teenagers. From there one could walk around the river basin, catch a ferry, bus or train.   Have stayed several times at esplanade river suites and always find it excellent value for money. Rooms are always very clean, bed is comfortable and I love their pillow menu.   The first thing we did when we arrived was had some lunch at the bar/ restaurant . The waitress who served us was amazing ! The room was beyond impressive with plenty of balcony space , a big plus . I've worked in hotels for over 6 years and your staff really did shin - It is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. Our superior 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Next to the river there is a lovely walk with a playpark for the children. It was pleasant to have a walk and look at the boats on the harbour. You wouldnt have known that you were right next to a highway as it is so quiet and relaxing. The children loved the swimming pool.

  Bra fåtölj - Concierge service. Particularly a gentleman named Alain who was always so hospitable, friendly and went out of his way to ensure everything was great for our stay. Wonderful service and great staff that go out of their way to e - The views from our room were fantastic especially with the rough weather. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in perth and we have been to a lot of the hotels in perth . Gym was good and great to have a laundry and not pay a fortune, also loved the bathroom which was a great size for 2 and lots of counter space and shower was great. Food was very good and continental breakfast was very good as was the price.good location for us good small bars and cafe's , great beach. Overall

  My family (4 of us) stayed in a large modern 2 bedroom apartment in Mounts Bay Waters for 5 weeks . The apartment was nicely furnished & equipped (including linen & towels) with free Foxtel TV,local pone call and internet service. We were in a high degree of stress as a result. However, the apartment was well appointed for our needs, and provided enough space for two toddlers, including the bedroom size. We had the two bedroom apartment, the two bathrooms were welcome as was the in-house laundry. Staff were always polite, and the service was quick and responsive.   Easy to find, easy to get parking unlike inner city hotels were its one way streets and double parking just to check in. Quiet, private, luxurious but not over the top where you may feel out of place. All the staff made us feel very important and that they genuinely cared.   Almost all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They kept us a carpark just incase we needed it even though we didn't ask them to. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted. The shower in our room was amazing. - I enjoyed the location beside the Swan River with quick access to wonderful restaurants. The pool was excellent and the availabilty of bikes to hire made the city and its environs within a healthy reach.
