Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished.
This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.

We loved the bed. It was so comfortable, the best bed we have ever slept in.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
Everything was clean tidy and more than we had expected. We had a city view king room and it was that and more.

Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there. -

We went to the factory outlets, and into the centre of Melbourne With ease. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

We overnighted as we had an early-morn departure the next day. Family (incl 2 grandchildren) joined us for dinner. My 5 yo g-son adored the pasta bolognese and ate every mouthful - he thanked the chef, too. We were staying overnight en route to a convention so accommodation was very convenient. Upgraded as it was my husband's birthday which was lovely. Excellent gym and pool facilities for early morning fitness. Evening snack meal great too. Would stay again if passing through with little time to go into city. Also saved on expensive transfer in and out of city which is worth factoring into the equation of overall cost.

We really like the location of the hotel and the ease at which you can connect to many of the city's attractions via walking or using the other transportation services available. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. - Close to the Regent Theater and within our price range. additional fresh milk was supplied happily when requested.

The hotel was very trendy, with unique artwork hung everywhere and anywhere. Our hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was beyond comfortable, nothing like your usual hard hotel bed with stiff sheets. I honestly can not remember the last time I had such a good sleep in a hotel. Definitely what I needed!

Perfect location to access the city for shopping, entertainment ,
sightseeing etc. Circle tram is great as it takes you close to nearly
any point of the cbd that you need/want to visit. Harbour town for
shopping and food, as well as the restaurants. Late check in was easy
with the pin number drop box for our keys. Staff were great. -

I arrived really late at night, which was very scary in such a busy city, however when i got there the man on the desk made me feel so much at ease and was so welcoming! The location is also great walking distance to most things! -

have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon
booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slow in
responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and

The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

We were impressed right from the start; location, Check in, room. Only
disappointment was there are no Tune hotels in Portugal and Croatia, our
