  So friendly. my first time at a backpackers and it will certainly not be my last. staff were friendly and helpful. it was such a relaxed atmosphere that I wish I had got to stay longer. it's in a great location and has free wifi , laundry service, kitchen facilities.   The staff there were so accommodating, we felt as though we were staying with their family (in a good way)! The rooms were recently renovated and were fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the heating blankets were such a welcome treat for the chilly winter's nights. Breakfast was fabulous and very affordable. We cannot say enough good... vad folk säger » things about the hosts, they were spectacular! - I can't praise the staff (owners) highly enough. The woman that we dealt with was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious enough for 3 adults and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious.

  All the little comforts of home - eloectric blankets, microwave, dishes, very clean and comfortable, 24 hour check-in, note left on booking machine explaining how to book-in, manager rang while we were travelling say to ring if we had any issues booking in, hot shower, nice view of valley over railway tracks which is far better then looking into b... vad folk säger » uildings, so many little things - oh and face washers. - Surprisingly quiet. Nice warm bed on a cold foggy night. Walking distance to shopping area in Katoomba. Very pleasant and helpful owners. The cost was very reasonable for an overnight stay. Will stay again at a later time.

  We loved our stay at Katoomba Manor. The lovely couple who own and operate the Manor are a delight. The rooms and bathroom are beautiful. I especially like the attention to detail. It is well situated between Katoomba and Leura with easy access to both. The rooms are also very quiet which was great! - The welcome and service were second to none. They were very knowledgeable and helpful to us and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The facilities were fantastic. I have already begun recommending this place to family and friends and will certainly stay again when in the area. Certainly when visiting from the uk you need to ensure you have chosen the right place and i'm glad we did.
