  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; shower was excellent and the radio worked! A working radio is a rarity among hotels these days

  The room was really nice; good size, comfy beds, great bathroom. Looked just like the photos (for once!). Greeted by lovely staff who were always friendly. Walked to and from station everyday which was very manageable so great location, used the gym which was basic but met all the needs of a holiday work out. Such wonderful value for our family.The housekeeping staff did a fabulous job and even tucked my son's duck into his bed when they remade it. Reception staff also were supremely knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommended.

  Just loved how close it was to the ferry terminal, made it so close to the city and Darling Harbour but no crazy crowds! The view was unbelievable, we dined (a gift) at the Rocks but chose an early sitting so that we could come back and enjoy the view. The hotel is positioned almost on top of North Sydney railway station which is very convenient - we weren't disturbed by the odd rumble of a train passing outside.   Very friendly staff. Comfortable room with all needs met plus a few extras - Everything! The room was big, Modern and Clean. The food in the cafe was lovely and good value and the staff were very helpful and friendly. :-)
