  Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal. Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.

  The location is in central position in Sydney China Town area. Easy to get any kind of foods, and close to all attraction in Sydney (CBD, Darling Harbour). Every apartment unit have small kichenette so you can cook. Our unit is Family studio, the space is spacious and can accomodate 2 adults with 2-3 children. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

The kitchen was small but had all the components to self cater. Buses and trains only footsteps away. We were given a late checkout 11am on request. The parking was tight but adequate - Great location. If you want to get the airport train and have suitcases then consider getting off at St James instead of Museum station if you don't want to lug cases up loads of steps. St James station is not far and has a lift. We had a very large, modern, comfortable family room with qs bed, two singles and a small lounge, dining table & chairs. The beds were really comfortable and the decor lovely. The breakfast provided was basic but all we needed.

  The facilities in the room operated really good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The staff I had contact with were all pleasant and helpful. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney.   Close to Wynyard station Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!! The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.
