  Arrived Saturday afternoon so as to attend an even Saturday night. The hotel is in a great location, the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need, it is not super luxurious but is perfect for a city trip. We had afternoon drinks and nibbles in our loungeroom/kitcheb, took a refreshing swim in the pool which was great before gettin... vad folk säger » g ready to go out. When we got back, the room was quiet and comfortable and I had a great sleep in. All in all it was a great little unit, felt like - The reception staff were marvellous, and extremely helpful. My visit to Syd was to attend hospital appointments and it was a great relief to me each day to know when treatments ended I was going back to my lovely comfy room where I could just relax. I will definitely stay there the next time I have to return to Sydney.

  The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping. The staff was lovely, very polite and attentive and I thoroughly reccommend Oaks. Central Station is very near which means one can hear the trains sounding ... vad folk säger » their horn as they are about to enter the underground tunnel but it did not bother me that much, after all it is a big city with big city noises. - It was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. If you are a traveler like me and my partner, then splash out a little on a weekend and stay here, you will feel refreshed!   The service was great,we travelled some 300km to arrive at our destination and we were happy to have secure parking.The view from our room was great,a very pleasent stay. - The Staff at the Menzies were very Friendly and extremely helpful in any query we had. Location is great and price was good too for xmas

  Our stay here was perfect. Having stayed in the Campbell Street Meriton before we knew the quality was great but we were looking for something closer to Surry Hills this time. Danks Street is a great location just far enough from the city to escape the hustle bustle and enjoy some boutique shopping and delicious food. That being said, on our 1st taxi ride from downtown area, we were a bit nervous about the area. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was an area which was in the process of being upgraded and our immediate area was all done and people living all around the hotel area. With a small store around the corner, we were able to buy a bus pass of 10 tickets and that reduced the cab fare hugely. There are some nice little rest

  I loved the close proximity to the city. The train station was a short 15 minute walk and the staff were very good at offering advise on how to get there. I liked the pool facility but thought the pool environment was not very attractive- a bit like a gym and I think it should look more resorty. The gym facility was very good. The internet access was exc - There was little I didn't like actually. Nothing to fault meriton on at all except the noise from neighbouring developments. It was a fairly long sort of walk to shops but in saying that, it's good exercise & the area is still under development so it was a small inconvenience that was easily overlooked. I can only say that I preferred my stay at the danks street Meriton a little more simply because they have split level apartments that I absolutely loved! I love Meriton so much, I'm now lo
