  I was amazed at how easy it was to find, just literally off the freeway, yet there didnt seem to be noise from overnight traffic. The facilities were very clean and comfortable with some extra touches that made you feel welcomed. Staff were superb- nothing was too much trouble- would definitely stay again and recommend to friends - It was pretty ... vad folk säger » good for what we needed: an overnight stay in a trip from Melbourne to Sydney (it is roughly half-way). We didn't want to stay in Albury or Wagga Wagga, so Holbrook was the next choice, and we were quite happy with it. The service was excellent.

  Room clean and tidy. Good size TV. Comfortable bed and pillow. Wall heater in the bathroom - a seller on its own! Welcoming, hospitable staff and cute resident dog! Rooms a decent size. Front and rear access to rooms - good safety measure and convenient to access car and pool. Undercover parking a major selling point for me. Has a clean pool - did... vad folk säger » n't use it, but good that it's there. Room has aircon. Full length mirror - you'd be surprised how many places do not have one! Breakfast menu choices - We were lucky enough to stay in the bungalow which was fantastic value and to have your own space as a young family was great. Our little boy loved seeing the sheep in the yard too. The play equipment and the pool were also big hits! The owners are very friendly too, stopping to have a chat rather than just taking our money. Made you feel as at home as possible.
