  The staff were exceptional, especially Sonia and Thomas in reception. Supply of beach towels and rain umbrella is very helpful. The nature walks to the top of - Staff that check us in was really helpful. She was professional and informative. The highlight was on Sunday 4 August at noon where we picked up our luggage in the lobby and 1 staff approached us and offered whether we wanted a lift to the Airport. He asked his colleague (South Korean) whether he can take us to the Airport and he said Yes. So we went on the buggy and we were there on time.   The hotel is located in beautifully landscaped grounds with access to numerous swimming pools and the beach. We had a ery spacious room with very comfortable beds.Excellent views over palm trees to Whitsunday Island from the large balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff despite being very busy. Excellent transport options to get around the island... vad folk säger » . Great fun on the golf carts. Good variety of food at the buffet breakfast and lovely dinners in the Pool Terrace Restaurant. - Very comfortable. The hotel staff were fabulous - nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping was excellent. Ample laundry facilities discreetly located. There is a fabulous free shuttle bus service which stops at the front entrance. The sea view rooms have the most spectacular view - waking up each morning looking out over the bay is an absolute joy!! Free wifi internet, available throughout the hotel and pool area, was a real bonus.
