We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome.
I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us. Thank you so much. -

The Island Beach Resort was very handy to shops, restaurants and the beach. We found the one bedroom apartment clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the Gold Coast. -

The apartment was better than I expected, tidy and simple with all comforts. With in close range to many places of interest for us so getting about was easy. The location was great. did not have to drive through city to get to any theme parks. Steakhouse (a must) short walking distance, as well has other restaurants. The heated pool was a great way to relax after walking all day. Asked for Ground level room and got one (even though there were stairs to get there) was easier with 4yr old.

The Shore apartments are definitely good value for money. And the
location on the beach is ideal. The staff was really nice. They checked
us in earlier and on the day we left, they kept our luggage until late

Units were a nice size with a generous amount of kitchen cooking utilities. Reception was always more than willing to help with bus routes and it was cheaper to book most Theme Parks and shows through them. This location is very convenient for access to the mall at Broadbeach. We have stayed here about 6 times for the music festival and have enjoyed our stay each time. The decor and room arrangement in each unit is different. The units are older but some units have been renovated. We would recommend asking for ocean view and 5th level or higher. -

The views from the balcony can only be described as 360' and the
best on the gold coast. I recommend upgrading to the penthouse, we
booked the villa but when we got there found it unlivable. Brad was
great and upgraded us to 15th floor, hence why I say pay the extra

Whilst the building is a little dated, the accommodation, facilities and outlook (fabulous views of the Broadwater) exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was a little tired, but had every necessity and was absolutely spotless, sheets and towels were as new. Brad, the Manager, could not do enough for us. Thanks Brad. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are nice and comfy. On the second morning, the kitchen at the hotels restraunt which serves breakfast was having some problem with their stoves.
