It was a perfect to relax sitting out on our balcony looking over the pool and palms swaying.
Our one bedroom was perfect, very clean and everything if we wanted to cook a meal. The bed was nice and firm and the shower was very good.

We loved the location and the spaciousness of the penthouse perfect for my birthday party. The decor of our apartment had been updated so it was a very nice modern 3.5star. We had the bottom floor which was handy to the pool for the kids.
Staff very friendly. The size of the apartment was very good. The heated spa was awesome. It was not beachfront but still close to clubs and shops so we enjoyed the daily walk. -

Easy after hours check in. Opposite Pacific Fair for shopping and cinema. Spa bath on upstair balcony. Air conditioning. Lovely outdoor pool and barbecue areas. Grocery and bottle shop up the road. Fantastic Thai restaurant about 150-200m walk. Helpful staff. Room was clean. Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle are able to pick up/drop off right outside front door. Reasonably quiet and peaceful stay. Large wardrobe space. In room laundry facilities.

Re 5 would not reccomend surfers Paradise but loved Broadbeach. -
Location in a closed street with no through traffic. Very little noise in the early mornings, only the birds in the trees. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Liz, the manager was most helpful and friendly. Lock up garage with ample car space so that there was little risk of having the sides of your car bumped by another's doors.

The heated pool and spa were wonderful, the room was clean and spacious. Excellent location close to Cavill Avenue and the beach. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. We loved it so much we extended our stay for another week. Will definitely holiday here again. Great value for money! -

We visited Main Beach for the GC 600 V8 event. The position was perfect, the unit very comfortable, clean, well designed and appointed and the manager very personable. We couldn't have found anywhere better for the money we paid. We were also ideally placed for the restaurants on Tedder Avenue if we wanted to eat out.

I can't recommend this Crystal Bay more highly. We have been having weekend stays at the Gold Coast for years and this was probably the most pleasant and relaxing places we have stayed. The facilities - Great, the views -wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone. -
