  I love everything about the Phoenician, if I could, I'd live there permanately, lol.. Location is great, its close to the beach, all the shopping at Pacific fair, a great central local etc, and still close to the hussle and bussle of Surfers... Not to mention great for all the local Resturants, and Oasis Shopping Center...   Location was excellent for us- midway between the beautiful beach and boutique shopping and restaurant street. Great for a weekend break. Room was more than adequate for a very reasonable price. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Nice cafe on the corner of the street for brunch before hopping over to the beach. The position was perfect, the unit very comfortable, clean, well designed and appointed and the manager very personable. We couldn't have found anywhere better for the money we paid.   I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him.   The location was first class, any closer to the water and you would have got wet. The staff were very helpful and polite. Don't be put off re lack of air con because the breeze off the ocean was great and kept the unit cool at all times. The units are spacious and well maintained. I loved every minute of my stay.
