  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us.   Excellent room with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea! We were on the 13th floor so had amazing views of the coast! Very clean and comfortable and a great price for the room / location! A 15 / 20 minute walk to surfers paradise where all the bars / restaurants / amusement arcades / shops are, and the same in the other direction to pacific ... vad folk säger » fair shopping center... If it's too warm to walk there is a bus stop outside the hotel door to surfers, or a 5 minute walk to bus stop to pacific fair - All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.

  I personally can't say enough about this place. The lovely ladies at reception are so friendly and service with a smile. I was with my teenager daughter - I felt safe here. Everything we needed was close by. The staff are friendly. Woolworths is across the road. Loved it !!!!   The views from the balcony can only be described as 360' and the best on the gold coast. I recommend upgrading to the penthouse, we booked the villa but when we got there found it unlivable. Brad was great and upgraded us to 15th floor, hence why I say pay the extra it's well worth it, 3 bedroom very modern, balconies on both sides of 3 bedroom un... vad folk säger » it. We had to change rooms as we had booked 7 nights but the 3 bedroom was only available for 3 nights, so we spent the other 4 on 6th floor in 2 bedr - Whilst the building is a little dated, the accommodation, facilities and outlook (fabulous views of the Broadwater) exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was a little tired, but had every necessity and was absolutely spotless, sheets and towels were as new. Brad, the Manager, could not do enough for us. Thanks Brad. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

  We stayed on 21st floor of north tower in a north facing room and loved it. Amazing view, so much room and while we only got to stay 1 night, after a 4 week trip to Japan for winter, we both felt really comfortable immediately. A good option if you want a great room with a great uninterrupted view of th - We had a superior ocean view room on 22nd floor. Excellent view but a bit windy so the balcony didn't get a lot of use.
