Because of a problem with the reservation through letsbookhotel.com there was no unit available (fully booked); however, the manager went out of her way to find us another place to stay for 2 nights (expensive!!). The remaining 2 nights of our booking she gave to us free. That was excellent service on their side. There were several problems with the lighting (missing or broken bulbs) and the towel rails (were broken and no longer fixed to the wall). Admiitently, there faults were fixed quickly. The shower cabin was leaking. This place could do with a serious make over.
