The staff were very nice. I asked the lady on night staff, if I could have a spare blanket as I found the room cold and she came up the stairs with me telling me she would get me a lovely warm fluffy blanket . So she did with a lovely smile. Thank you so much.
Wonderful hot shower, lovely clean pressed white sheets, thanks again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Discussed with the Staff around the possibility of us arriving back late(after 9.30pm) and it wasn't an issue with them. Made us feel very welcome. I found the staff very friendly and accomadating nothing was any trouble to them rooms were very clean and relaxing facilities were easy to find and a lovely continential breakfast was lovely and cheap a special thanks to Maria at ibis budget in Dubbo you made me feel very welcomed i will see you next time ta.
Hotel Ibis was very good value for money. I was travelling from Melbourne to Brisbane and had a lot of valuable items in my car. The fact that the car park in front of the hotel was very well lit with signs warning that the area was under video survellance was very comforting.
Maria (Manager- Ibis Dubbo), is the word comes to mind, she is nicest person, we have ever met, we stayed for two weeks and loved her hospitality and care, she looked after us from check in to check out, Cheers to her and rest of the staff.
The price was only $159 for three nights stay in a private room with ensuite. They also provided free tea/coffee and use of a communal fridge/freezer in a dining area. The manager was friendly and helpful.
The room and premises were clean.
the friendly staff. Excellent and ready to provide service if required. It is not the hotel what keeps people coming back but the staff and how you are treated. I can highly recommend the Ibis at Dubbo.

The room was clean and fresh and the communal tea/coffee dining room was ok. Centrally located.
Farly much everything was at a higher standard than originally thought. Extremely convenient, clean and well managed.

I stayed there purely for the price.
I just wanted a bed & a shower for myself only at a very cheap price.

It has been my second occasion in the last 2 months i can say i was satisfied on both occasions..
Generally clean, quiet and reasonably priced. The lady at reception was very nice and welcoming.

There was no private bar fridge and tea/coffee. I was on the second floor and there was no lift.
bed over double we must have had a family room and very small bathroom but is was clean the water ran onto the floor no lip to stop it. room was tiny but clean
car park was out near 24 hour Hungry Jacks didnt feel good about leaving it with all our worldly good in it even if it was patrolled we put our around the back which was locked at 10 pm and we could see it from our window then.
No tea or coffee making facilities, microwave or fridge in the room. Room was too small for a queen sized bed. Very cramped.

the shower needs something to stop the water running everywher.
The smoke detectors flash all night. The manager said they were trying
to rectify this problem. It would be good to get a bath mat. I had to
use a towel as the floor gets totally wet.
TV didn't work properly.
Bathroom/toilet a bit too small. Airconditioning could be upgraded to less noisy unit.

air condition didnt work, shoul have a jug in room so that you can make hot drinks etc that would help especial driving from long distances.
Noise from Hungry Jack's Drivethrough was intrusive.
There was late night dirsuption from one room that disrupted my night's sleep. Management evicted them at 4am, which was reasonable given the level of noise from them.

The bed in room 215 was very lumpy Needs to be replaced.
Television was limited & I don't believe that it should have been. There were only a few channels. I think that signal should be better. It is Dubbo.
A few of the cleaning staff were quite rude.
The hotel locks it's doors between 11am-12. I needed to see reception during that time and a male staff member pointed to the closed sign and told me to get lost.
Some noise in the morning.
Room had a bad smell , but I was too tired to complain and ask for another room.I put up with it.
Dirty, old soap from previous guests on floor of bathroom, sock placed over fire alarm, distinct smell of cigarettes in bathroom when it was a no smoking room.
