  Comfortable unit with lounge dining area, small bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. No storage area for luggage except lounge floor. Flat screen televisions in bedroom and lounge, reverse cycle air conditioner in lounge. Washing machine in bathroom, no dryer but a drying rack supplied. Mattress a bit hard, but reasonably comfortable bed. Unit clean... vad folk säger » and toiletries replenished daily. Secure undercover parking with lift to upper floors. Indoor pool and nice courtyard area with barbecue which we did - I was looking for a quiet location without a hefty price tag with easy access to the city. Parklands Apartments delivered on all counts.The rooms were clean, very quiet inside and well appointed. The swimming pool, gym and underground parking a special bonus. A walk to Dickson shops and cafes, no need to drive. I would recommend without hesitation.

  My daughter and I were visiting another daughter who lives with others in Gungahlin so the location was perfect. Very quiet. Beds comfortable and pillows amazing! Was great to have a washing machine/drier. Very clean and modern. - Excellent location for us as we were visiting relatives who lived in the area.   I still think accommodation in the ACT is ridiculously expensive and the Lodge was the cheapest I could find. The shared showers/toilet is a bit o a pain but everything was immaculate and I didn't have to wait to use any of the facilities. The staff was terrific and very accommodating. I certainly will stay again if I have to go back to Canberra a... vad folk säger » nd I will recommend to other people. NICE bed and bed linen. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the facilities were very clean. The room was comfortable and being able to cook in the kitchen was very handy. The free breakfast is also very good. An excellent option if you're on a budget or an extended stay in Canberra. It's location close to Kingston shops is great. It's also easy to get into the city and a short walk to the lake.

  The staff were very helpful, and did not mind moving us to another room for easier access, as my partner had a broken leg. I needed a room that had not been sprayed with scent.   I recently had a four night stay and can highly recommend this property. The apartment was very nice and well appointed with all facilities including cooking and laundry. The position of the property in Manuka is really good.
