The two bedroom apartment suited our family group of 3 adults and two children with the addition of a single bed. Easy access from the basement garage to the fourth floor to a well appointed and bright apartment - the king beds were divine. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you. Nice form, hope you don’t mind if I steal it. Particularly like the Google add words selections, whoever your sos is, congrats. Regarding our stay. Enjoyed it. And thank you your reception offered us early checkin. I was wondering what I was to do with our luggage, problem solved.

Appreciated separate bedroom and the most comfortable bed I have had in hotel.The thick woollen underlay was so sumptious and appreciated doona and woollen blanket. Very cosy. Was also very quiet and darker room made for better sleep. Very clean, really nice spacious and well thought out rooms. Loved the Apple mini system, very clever idea. Room had everything you would want or need, and the staff were friendly. Absolutely great value on a Sunday night, but more pricey during the week. Very clean, excellent reception staff, great breakfast and room service. Convenient parking. Very quiet. Very comfortable beds. Good sized room. Great lay out for one bedroom apartment. Good facilities in the apartment. I have just traveled to New York, Las Vegas and Hawaii and out of the 4 places I enjoyed your accommodation best even though the NY room was twice the price. Disappointed that there was only a two lane lap pool and spa available in the basement of the Hotel opposite. The two children with us were ready for a swim but declined once we were there as adults were using both areas. The location. Didn’t have a car and was unaware that your part of the city is not public transport friendly. However you are within walking distance of everything I needed on my trip so this cancelled out. Which is why I choose your location. Breakfast was a bit ordinary, however your reception offered us a discount upon arrival so that in reality cancelled this out as well. Only 2 criticisms with design - the shower door doesn't seal so water goes out and there is not enough lighting over the sink mirror which makes seeing to apply makeup really hard. Had to be a mirror the balcony door. Modern lounge furniture - looks good but not comfortable. Loved it so nothing. Pillows were uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the dining experience at Ostani Restaurant, slow service and our meals were bland and dry. Couldn't fault it!!!. Proximity to Canberra city centre. No bath, Bathroom was a bit smellly on arrival. Staff did not adequately advise about hotel facilities eg Pool. Lounge uncomfortable for two to sit on. We couldn't find it relaxing and one had to sit on the floor. Specifically asked for a room with 2 single beds, had a king size instead, which lucky the person I was staying with is a childhood friend and we didn't mind sharing the bed.so little bit more attention to the details.other than that all good. Your hallways between the rooms and the lifts are terrible dark, not impressed. Room was overpriced. (Even with discount). Location. Visiting Canberra for one night only specifically for Floriade and NightFest. A 45 min walk to Floriade was fun during the day, not so at night. Uncomfortable living room furniture (small complaint though). The people on the front desk were a little rude. Small issue with payment as letsbookhotel.com was charging extra for items that are included by hotel. Hotel has agreed to refund but yet to receive. Nothing. That you had to pay for parking and we paid $10 each day for Internet ( booked online) and then once there we realised we could have asked for just a $5 deal. And we thought there was an indoor pool available for guests but turned out that you had to pay $15 to access it..very poor And we booked two single beds and got a king size. The lighting in the bathroom (vanity area) was not very good for applying makeup. the staff across the road in realm bar/ restaurant very in different not like the Burbury. Despite being advertised as having a full kitchen there was no stove top, no oven and no electric fry pan. Nil. no indoor swiming pool,. The design could have considered functionality a bit more * an extra 100 ml on either end of the vanity would have prevented toiletries from rolling off without ruining the integrity of the design. * regular maintainence of the LEDs behind the bed & TV panels would have provided adequate light to function in the room - with 3/6 sides of LEDs not working - the room was dim * the over priced breakfast buffet * paying for parking. I would have liked a compendium of what and where facilities were in the hotel. It was very dark. Phone,TV didn't work. Small room, tiny bed, dirty floor,charged wifi,10 dollars one day parking.
