  The welcome by receptionist was excellent, telling us not only about the motel but also about Byron Bay. A 2 minute walk to the beach through the back gate of the motel and across sand dunes. A walk of a further 5 mins or so along the beach brings you into Byron Bay. Walk along pleasant road into B.Bay took 10 mins max all on the level,thus an exc... vad folk säger » ellent location. We arrived by Greyhound Coach and it took us no more than 15 minutes to get there on foot. The motel was spotlessly clean both inside - Great service! They were keen to help with anything, provided a continuous supply of toiletries/tea/coffee /hot chocolate and even had umbrellas, towels and games that we could borrow for free. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have air conditioning and foxtel in the room. The beach is literally a minute away and it's a 2 minute walk from the main street.

  I only used my room for a bed at night as I spent every day from early morning until late with my family living locally. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was perfectly adequate, neat and tidy. The whole complex was well-kept and the gardens and pool area were well maintained. - A five minute drive from Byron Bay town centre allowed... vad folk säger » us to relax a little bit more whilst having the flexibility to drive into town. The resort had everything that you would like in a hotel, pool, private sitting area, comfortable room etc. Would recommend to friends.

  I loved the position (we were being picked up as a group at the surf club directly opposite) and the very friendly reception. We were allowed an early check in for the bags. The motel has been very tastefully refurbed and the bed was great. Had we stayed another night the kitchenette would have been handy.   Clean and tastefully appointed rooms. We were a mature couple travelling with our mature daughter. The owners son who I gathered worked on mainting the Motel was very pleasant and very much open for a chat whenever we encountered him which made us feel very much at home. All in all nice place to stay and good value for money. - i liked the location, the room, the kitchenette was great and the kitchen Sunbeam equipment was a bonus. i cooked a lot of great meals. the layout of the room was good, it felt like home. Laundry service was great. and the Costumer service was FANTASTIC. We came for 1 Night BUT we Stayed for 3 Nights Because we liked it so much. Landscaping was great and the Herb plants on the gazebo ware a pleasantly useful.

Easily accessible to the beach, bars restaurants and shops. The room was large with a double and single bed and couch. The kitchette was a great addition so if you didn't want to eat out all the time at least you could make basic meals. There is also large balconies on all the rooms which is a great feature.

  We arrived by plane and airport transfer so holidayed without a car and found the location of this hotel ideal. 2 minute walk from the main shopping strip and 5 minutes to the beach. We found the room very clean, spacious and loved the private balcony overlooking the pool, garden and tennis courts. The cleaning staff were excellent and very accomm... vad folk säger » odating. We stayed for 4 nights but could have happily and comfortably stayed for many more. - The living area was very spacious and we'll equipped - it was excellent for us because we were able to have big family get-togethers easily. The swimming pool area was beautifully landscaped. Most importantly the owner and his wife were extremely helpful and put themselves out to make sure that our stay was an extremely enjoyable one.

  For the rating of the motel it way exceeded expectation. We normally stay 5 star. It was well appointed and very comfy bed( much better than most 5 stars).Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised... - Location was fantastic as was the help from the staff.   Lovely, friendly staff. Walking distance to everything - restaurants, beach, grocery stores. Large room, very comfortable. Dated bathroom with green/brown tiles and shower curtain, BUT very clean and well-presented. - The space in the room was great and the queen bed was comfortable.   Rooms are of a good size, clean and tidy.The Motel has a bar-b-q area which was well furnished and useable. Parking freely available as was the use of WiFi. The owner, Graham, was very welcoming and helpful as was his wife. A good place to base yourselves if you want to explore Byron at a not too expensive price. The gardens are beautiful. - I brought my partner here for a weekend away and the greeting on arrival was lovely they even did a special gift with tim tams and wine which was beautiful and thoughtful and we really appriciated it a lot :-) Staff were really helpfull with any questions we had mainly in regard where to get food which was very handy.
