  Very close to bus, hotel and cafe for meals just next door or across the road. The unit was airconditioned in every room, very clean and well kept had everything you could possibly need in the unit even an esky for taking drinks and a picnic to the beach.   The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport.   We really loved the facilities, the lay out of the pavillion, it invited the outside in with all the glass windows and doors, fantastic having your very own pool to swim in, as I am 30 weeks pregnant I truly enjoyed the privacy and was able to relax. We also eloped at the Pearle as it was so beatutiful.   It was our last night stay in broome so we wanted somewhere comfortable and relaxing and that is what was delivered by our stay.   We booked a standard room but were upgraded to a spa room because we had about a 15 minute wait booking in due to a couple of slow elderly customers in front of us. It was nice of the hotel to do that even tho the delay was not the receptionists fault as she patiently dealt with the other customers. Reception staff very helpful. - The location - the IGA (grocer), bottle shop, Broome Museum, local bus stop and a souvenier shop are just across the street. The town beach and a cafe are a 5 min walk away and has a children's playground, wet and dry. A leisurely walk to town takes about 25 min. Two fantastic pools, onsite restaurant and plenty of parking and importantly, there are lifts!

  Staff were very friendly, helpful & very welcoming. My friend and I had booked separately - on arrival, staff offered to move me to a closer room. When I found the air-con out of order in that room, they happily moved me again.   We liked the room outside the pool (223) rather than the room we stayed in on 5/6/2013. It was perfect location (both room and hotel) and lovely and clean and comfortable. We had two meals (dinner on 5/6 and breakfast on 16/5) both were very nice. - Staff were helpful and friendly.   Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was well appointed. We stayed in the same room for two nights and then eight nights separated by a 12 day Kimberley camping Safari. Our excess luggage was stored for us by Broome Time Lodge. Handy breakfast packs and meal packs available from Reception.
