The location is very close to the City Cats which ply along the river to and from the city and beyond. No need for uncomfortable buses or expensive parking. There is a 7/11 one block away and local restaurants in the next street (Racecourse Road). Neat,Clean & Tidy, it is a old building but for a bed it was just what the doctor ordered. Loved the bigger size coffee/Tea mugs in the room and a great Steak house next door. Would stay there if looking for a place in the future.

We booked it to go on to the pacific dawn P&O cruise. Location easy to get to city Many restaurants and bars close. Ferry just across the road Perfect location. Wonderful views of city. The location was excellent. Close to shops, restaurants & cafès. Easy access to public transport, both road & river. The beds were comfortable & the rooms were a decent size. Close to the airport. Pub next door made evening meal easy. Happen to be staying when the pub was celebrating its 140 birthday. Free drinks for an hour, plus entertainment. Good flexible management,ie,late checkout,roof top views of river and city,good sized room,everything functioned as it should.,secure parking out of the hail,. Close to the airport. Very clean, room was ideal for a family of 5. Did not see any staff arrived late and left early. Even though we changed the room for an unexpected friend at the last minute, there was no hassle. Helpful staff booked a taxi for our 4.30 am transfer to the airport, rather than use the limited & pricy airport shuttle. Nothing, I wanted clean, basic, budget friendly accommodation and this is exactly what it is. It was what we expected for the price we paid. It could do with a facelift as there were cracks in the walls & it would have been great if there were microwaves in the rooms. Facilities are getting old. Haven't changed anything (except the taps) since we stayed 30 years old. Eveyrthing was fine. The air condition was a bit too noisy and I find it hard to sleep well. The hand lotion on the wall was empty but otherwise it is a minor issue. $20 charge to check out at midday. Not enough air flow into room making it a bit hot and stuffy. could use a bigger bar fridge. Bathroom very clean, but dated. Needs an exhaust fan. I got lost on my way there. A bit noisy with traffic. Doors banging, people coming and going all hours of the early hours, loud voices... (sounded like a party) woke me every hour or so... didn't get much sleep and checked out at 10am feeling like I had not slept at all!!!!!!. none. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Would have rathered a room overlooking the river to see off the ship but your site didnt give me the opportunity to ask for that. Having said that I/we have no problems with this establishment. nothing. Noisy. all was good. No iron in the room. No room service. Not being able to go out on balcony. Restarant closed... no cooking facilities. It is unfortunate that to access the washing machine/dryer/washing line it was necessary to walk up a flight ofstairs. This is okay for those without mobility problems, but would be a problem for those with them. Furniture was a bit dated, but on the whole it was very clean and value for money. retro 70'S look bed was like concrete. noisy from traffic bed tended to sag into middle maybe have fans to give choice instead of really noisy fans could hear next-door rooms fan. No kitchen facilities, not too well sound insulated. very noisy. Being on 5th. floor with luggage as we are in late 70 age bracket. No microwave. Very tiny fridge. No opening window or exhaust fan in bathroom. My credit card being charged for the accommodation without my permission. Security. Doors to corridor on 2ns Floor were left wide open. Possible to access from ground floor. Traffic noise unbelievable! Hardly slept all night. The fact that we couldnt open a window - so no fresh air. inn much older than pictures on web. Given a 5th floor room but unable to sleep much as it was so noisy due to constant road traffic and running water tank noise. TV had only one channel that worked.
