Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast.
Very convenient very clean very comfortable.
Shame we didn't get time for pool.
Short but very sweet stay.

Love the oaks on felix - great location near to Botanical gardens, riverwalk, great restaurants, shops, etc. Very comfortable and especially like the kitchens, washer/dryers,balconies. Convenient location. Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good parking (very important), quiet room. Good "pull-in" driveway for being picked up by family or taxi. Helpful and friendly reception. Hoping to stay there again when we come down soon to a show @ QPAC. -
