  Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes. The hotel is centrally located which made it easy to walk to Rundle Mall to do some shopping and sightseeing. Staff were very friendly.

  The amazing service provided by the staff. I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with one bed. Without any hesitation, the staff gave us a new room which was facing the beach. I also liked the security. Our room card stopped working so my husband went down to get a new one but the lady refused as it wasn't his name on the room. Even though we had the same last name, she took that precaution and it was nice to know your staff take security - Great reception at the door by the valet who organized the car and complimentary park for our anniversary. Restaurant service was slow but staff did all they could with short numbers - meal was worth the waiting. Room was comfortable and spacious. I did complete your room evaluation sheet on departure and left it at the desk with your staff.

  We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch.   It was a last minute decision for my 50th birthday. We received a room upgrade and a bottle of bubbly when we told them our occasion - thank you Hilton Adelaide you really made my day. Liked the rate we paid through letsbookhotel.com The bed was huge and comfy and the view was great. Cocktail bar was lovely, civilised and relaxing around 7pm.   everything, we travel to Adelaide regularly as my daughter is studying there and it was great to be able to bring my whole family, great value for money in a superb location, across the road is west lakes Westfields and its 10 mins from the city and 4 mins to the beach.
