  Anna was very friendly. she made me feel part of her family. She let me sit upstairs in the lounge even though I checked out waiting for my daughter. I felt very comfortable there, and it was very warm and friendly. I will definitely recommend it, and I would stay there again.. Breakfast is typical European with cereal, pastries, and sweet breads, plus tea/coffee. Would recommend as we stayed here before and after the boat trip..

  Excellent location just by the pier and great views on Beagle Channel ! Very friendly and cooperative reception staff. Much nicer than the over-priced and worn-out neighbour Hotel Albatros, - great value for money compared to that over-rated place.

  Extremely nice hotel. Best hotel we have been in Argentina, without any doubt. Highly recommended. Our room on the 4th floor was large, confortable, with a very nice bathroom and a spectacular view of Ushuaia's bay on one side, and the mountains on the other one. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. They initially gave us a room o... vad folk säger » n the first floor (which we knew are not good from other letsbookhotel.com's comments), but we asked to change it for a room on the 4th floor and they - The location is perfect and if you do not have a car in Ushuaia you really need to be located around the main tourist street. We were able to walk to restaurants, bus services and tours without any problems. We had an upper floor in the back and could see the mountains.

  We have to say this is the best Hotel Experience we had by far on any trip we have taken. We love the fact it is a Hotel/Apartment with a very nice kitchen so you have options. The owner and his wife were amazing and took care of us like we were a part of the family. If we ever make it back to Ushuaia we are 110% for sure going to stay in this Hotel, It w - Juan and his family provide a warm and welcoming home away from home with this inconspicuous hotel just a block or two off from the main drag. There is ample space, of which we thoroughly used, from the couch for lounging, to the kitchen to cook a meal for ourselves after eating out so much. The bathroom, while small, is recently renovated, clean, and functions perfectly. We had hot showers with good water pressure and no issues.
