  Great, friendly hospitable staff. We got the double bed with a private bath and we were very content. Rosario did everything she could to make us feel at home and helped with reservations etc. - Stayed at quite a few B+Bs over the years and this is by far at the very top.   This is a great place to stay before/after an Antarctica cruise. The host, Eduardo, is fantastic... So friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, and there was high quality linen on the bed, plus a nice down duvet. The room we were in also had excellent heating. If you stay in the room inside the main house, breakfast is included... vad folk säger » and it was one of the better breakfasts we've had in Argentina... Ie it's more than just a bread roll/croissant with dulche de leche!!! It's a bit ou - There is one room in the house and two apartments. I stayed in the room between 30/09/2013 and 06/10/2013. Both bathroom and the room were very clean. The location is a bit away from the city center​​, but only 10 minutes walk. The breakfast was one of the best I had in Argentina. Very good. And Eduardo, the host, did everything more pleasant, providing important tips for the choice of tours, restaurants and even wines.

  The living areas at Las Margaritas are very pleasant and spacious, some with great views. Diego was a great help in responding to our questions in advance, and helping us out with parking while we were in Antarctica for 10 days.   We - 2 couples - stayed at the 2 Bedroom Apartment. Nice and clean place with a big living room/kitchen only 2 min from main street and 10 min from the pier. - great location in Ushuaia, very nice to have so much space, in the centre of town. Owner is helpfull.
