  The reception staff ( I am so sorry to forget her name) is very friendly and helpful, always keeps charming and attractive smile. Especially I found reserved room with a defective heating radiator and droping water, she checked system and ran up-down stairs to fix any other room availability. Finally I exchanged a new room for 3 persons, although ... vad folk säger » I were alone. However, it only took me few minutes and her smile made me cannot be angry always. The hotel location is amost starter of main street in - The desk staff was very friendly, especially Paula who helped me book city tours. The views from the restaurant and my room was simply amazing and the breakfast was good. My Room was tiny but the bed was very comfortable. Location is fantastic (innercity) for visitors who wants to enjoy Ushuaia since everything is at very short and walking distance. Overall, a good choice for me and everybody who is looking for quality stay innUshuaia at affordable price....
