I've been to Bariloche many times and this is a newish hotel.
It's modern, well run and the location is great. Has bbc World on
the tube and the Wifi is good. Remember, Bariloche is small so you
should not spend too much time there. You can walk the town in 10 min. -

place to eat when we arrived late and where to get our camera charged.
Location very handy for visiting the town of Bariloche. Private parking. -
