  The hotel was nice and convenient. The exchange rate at the hotel was fair. We did have an episode when picked up at the airport. The driver that the hotel arranged for us dropped us off at the wrong hotel after we made it clear to him where we were going. Another driver was suppose to pick us up but after 45 minutes we caught a taxi. The service ... vad folk säger » at the europlaza was good otherwise and the staff helpful. - Guys at reception were fantastic and gave us lots of helpful advice. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was great. Location was superb, and a great spot to walk to all the sights and shopping. Organised an airport transfer which was excellent and waiting or us. (Despite having to give a change of airports at late notice!!) Great value for money.
