  I loved the hotel because of its position, design and staff's kindness. Rooms are really big and comfortable. During the day, you can enjoy the view of Buenos Aires from the windows of the bedroom, or directly from the terrace, while having a good breakfast. - The room is clean and very spacious, with a fantastic view of the church dome.   The staff were so helpful. My bag went missing in Madrid and was delivered in the early hour of the morning. The hotel owner took delivery of the bag, and made all the arrangements with Iberia. Walking distance of most of the main attractions, and a subway ride from everywhere else. The nearest tube station is a few minutes walk - The staff were friendly, and very helpful. The owners were delightful. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and a good shower. I loved the respect they had shown the beautiful old building. It's a great place to stay in San Telmo - gracias

  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance. For a family like mine with two children was perfect! - The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.
