  I loved the staff so much. They went above and beyond what staff do, even at upscale boutique hotels. They were personable and attentive, and just plain nice people. The owner was on hand and cared about your experience. The senior suite with outdoor soaking tub is also heaven.   The desk staff were the best- very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent English language, and willing to help out (especially Roberto, Carlos and Raquel). The rooms were stylishly appointed- small, but efficient and comfortable. The outdoor courtyard was pleasant and landscaped well. Good location (Palermo - safe area), excellent staff and really nice rooms. We arrived at 7 am after a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give nice tips for tango and sightseeing. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was also good.
