  The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful; they also let us check in very early after our international flight, which was very nice and unexpected. - + Hotel organized a Taxi from and to the airport, which was put on the bill (very convenient and a good taxi price) + Staff were very friendly and helpful

  I loved the staff so much. They went above and beyond what staff do, even at upscale boutique hotels. They were personable and attentive, and just plain nice people. The owner was on hand and cared about your experience. The senior suite with outdoor soaking tub is also heaven. I felt safe at all times of the day and night wa - Staff were outstanding - very friendly and went out of their way to help and make me feel comfortable. Excellent location, just a short walk to the many shops, restaurants, cafes and clubs of Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. Comfortable rooms and bedding, plus a nice little balcony to relax with a glass of wine. Very nice breakfast as well. Highly recommended!

  The staff were definitely the best part of the hotel. All of them were extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was lovely. Someone was at reception 24 hours a day and could see anyone who came in, which helped me feel safe. Breakfast was go... vad folk säger » od, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, if a little expensive. - The convenience of the local area, shops, banks and vicinity of being able to go anywhere, taxi, train, bus or walk. Staff were very helpful, friendly and helped with being bilingual. We stayed for 7 nights in total & our first trip to Argentina was highlighted by this accommodation. Meals/ Breakfast yum!   This was an excellent option for us and the others who joined us on holidays here. Big rooms, very convenient and in a safe area. Great value. Really helpful english speaking staff. - Location is perfect, nice room, good bed and great restaurants only a few blocks away from the hotel, ask the staff they had some great suggestions.
