  The front desk staff (in particular Marcos) was very helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the centralized location. The room was fairly large so very comfortable for an eight-night stay. However after a mugging attempt and how clothes were dirtied they quickly agreed to have our clothes dry cleaned without charge. They also provided a free bottle of red wine as a gesture.   Bra service. Bra standard. - Loved the friendliness of the staff; that almost everyone spoke English, Sebastian and Adrian were terriffic at the concierge desk/function. The breakfast ( brunches) were very good. It was great that we could just lounge in the garden after we had checked out before we had to leave for airport. - The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. After one night I asked to be moved to a quieter room as I am a very light sleeper and the noise from the road was bad. I was moved without any problem. The facilities are excellent and the neighbourhood is safe and interesting to walk around. Lots of restaurants close by and the "hop on hop off" tourist bus passes close by. The concierge arranged for us to see a Tango show which was excellent. Will go back.

  Great location around Recoleta. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Recoleta Cemetery and Teatro Colon. Friendly staff, most spoke English very well. Breakfast was minimal but enjoyable because there were no time constraints.
