  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance.   Sympathetic employees. We were charged exactly as previewed (it doesn't happen always in Sth. America). Good location in Microcentro (even though the renovation works at Calle Florida). Comfortable rooms with bathtube. - the location is good, the staff can spaek english and is very friendly. the room is big and very nice.

  Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. - Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
