The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I arrived 1am and the
staff was waiting for us. The room has kitchen supplies, the location
is surrounded by restaurants, pubs and the Flea Market. The next door
neighbor is a grocery store, 10-15 min walking distance to Palermo
Metro Station.
A Taxi ride to AEP airport is about 70 pesos, to Puerto Mad

Excellent location in happening Palermo... Loft was spacious and with cooking facilities, and one is quite independent to do as one pleases.. Staff are very friendly... Hotel is clean and private... facilities are limited but its got a very homelike feeling... Grocery shop right next door...

I can't believe I only paid 1400 pesos for the twelve nights that I

Really lovely place in a good location. Technically in villa crespo on a quiet street, it's a few blocks from the main area of palermo. The guys who work there can't do enough for the guests. The apartment was really lovely and clean. Having read some of the comments on here, I imagine the experience might vary depending on which apartment you are in, although mine and the ones I saw were all really nice. Cleaned every day... Secure entry to flat an building.

lovely room, it was, just like its name, simple and charming, wish i'd had longer than just a quick nights stay to enjoy it more. rooms very prettily decorated, even had my own little patio outside my room with vines and geraniums, a guest house with a difference, and the landlady was waiting for me as agreed for my late arrival, very accommodating and attentive.
